Two-step Training Process
To develop an effective model for mobilizing, sending, and supporting Latinos to the neediest regions and beyond.
Latinos are well received among the least reached peoples of the world. Therefore, it is prudent to encourage, mobilize, and facilitate the sending of Latinos throughout the 10/40 window. Countries which are closed to American or European endeavors, welcome Latin businesses and investments.
EVI has established a two step mobilization and training scheme for potential clients. The first step involves attending an intensive 10 day training program. This training program involves various team exercises, character development, and basic business skills training.
The second step requires each trainee to work at one of our sister businesses in Latin America, while receiving additional training in pertinent Biblical, missiological, business, and cultural issues.

Upon completion of these two steps, the candidate will study the local language while writing the business plan for their selected business.
Once the business opens, regular visits by mentors ensure that EVI's business as mission values are upheld.
Loans made to businesses are repaid into a revolving fund for use by others in the future. Businesses that default on their loans are closed.
