Level 1 Training Program

In February 2008, 39 pre-selected trainees and 10 trainers gathered in Peru for the first EVI training program. The 39 trainees were from three Central American countries plus six South American countries. The trainers had a variety of experiences in the Latin world, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.

The trainees received ten days of intensive training in teamwork, spiritual transformation, and business as mission. There were numerous team exercises, as well as cooking contests, accounting exams, and business management tests. Each exercise was designed to help the trainee devise ways of developing his/her own business platform for reaching the unreached.

The trainees who "passed" this first level of training have been accepted into a second three-month training program, which begins in the fall of 2008 in Mexico. Those who successfully complete this Level 2 training will be commissioned by their churches and sent to the locations to which God is calling them and start their business.
